retreat on the magical island of Bali. The small and discreet Amala offers its guests

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
BAMBOO RESTAURANT, restaurant located by the main pool side open for all-day dining
from 7am to 10pm. The restaurant use organic products and raw foods wherever possible
to help guests detox and replenish vital vitamins and minerals, and while alcohol is available
it is not openly advertised and instead is included on a separate menu.
IN-ROOM DINING , is available around the clock. Enjoy your meals in the privacy of
your own villa and let your butler suggests some of The Amala’s favourite cuisine
to surprise you…

THE SPA AND WELLNESS CENTER
The Amala focuses on ancient Asian medicine and Western holistic philosophies and has
on-site professionals who carefully assess guests’ health, fi tness and lifestyle to provide
individualised wellness programmes and treatments. The Amala has sourced organic
produce where possible for its treatments and for its delicious and healthy spa menu.
Open from 10am to 10pm. We also invite well-known masters and practitioners in local or
regional practices (tai chi, shiatsu, etc) to the property for period of time to provide lectures
and consultation to guests, staff and community members on a variety of lifestyle topics.
